These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unfeed Life mobile application and the website at unfeed.life (together, the "Service"), provided by Bytive Technologies Private Limited("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
2. License to Use the Service
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases
The Service may offer paid features or subscriptions. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your app store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to us (for example, support messages or feedback). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Bytive Technologies Private Limited and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Unfeed Life is a wellbeing tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytive Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
